The Site, including the OceanGen Library, acts as an information and content platform that may enable you to discover, evaluate, or engage with third-party vendors, partners, or service providers (“Vendors”).
OceanGen Media Ltd does not control and is not responsible for the timing, quality, delivery, or performance of any Vendor’s products or services (“Products”) and does not guarantee the completion of any transaction.
OceanGen Media Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or terminate access to the Site or any part of the Service at any time.
Trademark Information
“OceanGen Media”, “OceanGen Library”, and associated logos and branding are trademarks or trade names of OceanGen Media Ltd.
All other product, service, brand, and company names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party product or service does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by OceanGen Media Ltd.

Single Copy Licence
Unless otherwise stated, you may download or access limited copies of materials (“Materials”) from the Site for your personal, non-commercial internal use only.
This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership and is subject to the following restrictions. You may not:
a) Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or extract content
b) Use the Site or Materials for solicitation of Vendors listed on the Site
c) Modify, distribute, sell, license, or publicly display Materials for commercial purposes
d) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software materials except as permitted by law
e) Remove copyright or proprietary notices
f) Transfer Materials to another person or entity
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by OceanGen Media Ltd.
Ownership of Materials
The Site and all Materials are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, no Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without prior written consent from OceanGen Media Ltd.
No licence or right is granted by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights unless expressly stated.
Passwords and Account Access

Termination of Access

Terminate your access entirely
Upon termination, all licences granted under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded Materials.
Disclaimer
THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
OceanGen Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Materials, including loss of business, revenue, or data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.
Release
OceanGen Media Ltd is not a party to any agreement between you and any Vendor.
You acknowledge that OceanGen Media Ltd does not verify or guarantee Vendors or their services and encourages users to conduct their own due diligence.
You release OceanGen Media Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from all claims arising from your interactions with Vendors or use of Vendor services.
User Submissions
Any content or communications you submit to the Site (excluding personal data) shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
You grant OceanGen Media Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute such submissions for business purposes.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.
Use of Personal Data
Personal data submitted through the Site is processed in accordance with the OceanGen Media Privacy & Cookies Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Links to Other Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. OceanGen Media Ltd is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OceanGen Media Ltd from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Your interactions with Vendors
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
You may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent from OceanGen Media Ltd.
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and OceanGen Media Ltd.
